Refund Policy for offhand.cc

All sales are final. We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all digital products and subscriptions sold through offhand.cc.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree:
- Our Software is a digital, intangible product delivered instantly or upon activation. Once a license key is issued or the Software is downloaded, the sale is considered final.
- You have had the opportunity to evaluate the product description, system requirements, and any available trial/demo before purchase.
- No refunds will be issued for any of the following reasons (this list is not exhaustive):
- Change of mind or no longer needed.
- You do not like the product or it does not meet your subjective expectations.
- You are banned or otherwise penalized by a third-party game or platform for using our Software.
- Incompatibility with your hardware, operating system, or game version (you are responsible for checking compatibility before purchase).
- The Software is detected by an anti-cheat system after a game update.
- You failed to read the product description or Terms of Service.
- Temporary downtime, bugs, or maintenance periods.
- You purchased by mistake or purchased an incorrect product.
- Any other reason not explicitly stated here, unless a defect is proven as outlined below.
Defect Exception (extremely limited):
In the rare event that the Software is completely non-functional (i.e., does not launch at all or entirely fails to perform its core described function) due to a fault solely on our end, and we are unable to remedy the issue within 48 hours of your properly submitted support ticket, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund. To qualify:
- You must open a support ticket within 24 hours of purchase.
- You must provide detailed information, including error logs, system specifications, and a clear description of the issue.
- You must cooperate fully with any troubleshooting requested by our team.
- If you refuse to provide the requested information or to try the steps we suggest, any refund consideration is void.
- Refunds under this exception are entirely discretionary and are not guaranteed.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy:
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team and allowing us the 48-hour remedy window (as described above), you will be permanently banned from all current and future services at offhand.cc, and your license will be revoked immediately. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback deemed illegitimate.
This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Purchases are subject to the policy in effect at the time of transaction.
